Shipping policy

Once your order is placed please allow TAT & Processing Time to process your order. This does not include shipping time. Please be aware that I only ship out once, MAYBE twice a week, and print shipping labels 2-3 days before actually shipping your package out. This means you’ll receive an email containing shipping & tracking info, BUT you won’t see movement on tracking until they are picked up. I schedule weekly pick-ups that helps my business run smoothly. If you need your order by a certain date, please select the accurate RUSH ORDER FEE before carting each item in your order. It’s not fair to customers for me to rush orders that were placed after theirs, so that is why I charge a fee. Please understand, I am not amazon, and I am a one woman show. I work very hard to get 20-30 high quality tumblers out weekly.
